I have used the app for a long time, however recently the app, for the past 2 weeks, has not allowed me to really do anything. Wherever there is an option to select something, like the pet to submit a new claim for the screen has been blank. When I go to view a claim status, the screen is again blank. When I go to view a pet policy, the screen is yet again blank. I've had to do everything on the main website. They should be fixing that.

Nice and easy to use interface (not cluttered). There are easy to find options available to choose from like messages, making a claim and viewing your account once you open the app. My biggest qualm with the app is not being able to upload a picture or in my case a PDF/document. Because of COVID, my veterinarian emails my receipt in a nice PDF format. I could probably make it into a png or jpeg, but what's the use of I can't upload. Please fix this so I can make my claims with ease. Thanks devs

I LOVE this app. I've used it now for 6 years. Suddenly it no longer works! My sign in info hasn't changed. I can sign in just fine using the website but it will not allow me in the app. It keeps saying either SERVER ERROR or INVALID SIGN IN OR PASSWORD. This app has a glitch ... probably from the last update that was supposed to fix the glitches. Please fix it asap.
