There are ads at every corner, when you want to view a response it throws you and ad. I understand that there needs to be ads to make money, but the desktop version of this doesn't have ads. The ads are full screen ones so you can't do anything but wait for them to finish. The app shows you the form, but not in the clean layout of the desktop version. Only reason I still have it is for that one time I don't have access to a computer.

Pretty good, but a lot of kinks to work out. Specifically, continuously shows new submission notifications until the ad is clicked, which is super annoying. Also seems to be unable to save edits made from the application. I had to go online to submit a simple change of changing a field from required to not required. Several attempts on the app didn't affect the form, but once I changed it on the website it was updated successfully.

App suddenly is requiring sign-in indicating an unauthorized update. Now my original log-in method isn't working. I tap Google sign-in and select the account but it responds with "cancel". This "Survey Heart" change isn't it.

Please visit https://myaccount.google.com/connections, log in with the same Google account, select SurveyHeart/FormsApp, and click Delete all connections. Then try logging in again.
