I have an airbnb and this is great for figuring out the state of my home. However overtime I have come to accept that cooking and smoking pot are the same thing to this monitor. The monitor is more accurate when there is a lingering smell of recreational drugs when my natural senses aren't too sure either because it will rarely say 0 grams. I also don't understand why the app doesn't provide details about how to interpret ųg² units. I literally still have no idea after 1 year.

Never could get it to work, and I'm tech literate. They stopped responding to my emails about refund after I sent them the unit back. They have no customer service # so you're SOL if it doesn't work. It's a gamble.

I'm still testing it. I got some false positives but so far I think it's really good. it's worth the price. I had to print a report because the guests were smoking inside. so, it's a good way to spot violators
