PURCHASE? No price was ever shown. Also, no app was installed. I am very confused, and will be doing a chargeback if this shows up in any of my bank accounts.

I was looking for videos to help repair my Aeron chair. The app presented those videos in a straigtforward and sensible way. I repaired my chair using the videos. Can't argue with those results.

They get hacked by someone who doesn't even work for the company, but using the company's paperwork, the company say there is nothing they can do about it, or nothing they will do about it. So I would put this out there, what ever you have to do, don't ever deal with this business, they don't step up to the plate if anything goes wrong concerning the company.
