Contacted customer service multiple times. Remind couriers not to leave goods on shoes at the door. But you still make mistakes again and again

Does what is supposed to do but it installed unwanted app upon clicking on tracking shipment, without even asking for my consent. Really surprised by this behavior.

Was working great before. But now it keeps closing itself once I open the app. (I use samsung note 8)
