Impossible to use. I have uninstalled and installed the application 5 times and I cannot upload the back of my identification to complete my check in process. I also attempted to add my passport and errors. The phone and software are fully updated so there are no issues. All my applications are up to date. This is making my check in experience difficult. I would not recommend.

Unbelievably dreadful. I've just spent three hours trying and failing to check in on my android phone using my Irish passport. Then tried using my driving licence. This it finally accepted, but demanded more details: name, document number, date of birth, nationality. It thinks about it for a minute and then responds with "Check your internet connection" when I'm actually standing beside my superfast wi-fi box. I will keep trying for the moment, but I'm on the verge of cancelling the holiday booking. Just awful in every way. Slow, tedious, unreliable, and if anything goes wrong, you have to start again from the beginning.

This app is a great concept but it doesn't work. To check in it needs to scan your ID document, which takes multiple attempts (despite following the instructions), and then shows as a broken link. Then it captures your face to confirm your identity, but nothing uploads, it's an endless 'loading' symbol. Would be great if it worked, but I haven't had any success despite uninstalling and reinstalling.
