Very unreliable. You make an order, and it takes forever to arrive. I ordered lunch at 2 p.m., yet my order was not processed till 3 p.m., and the rider arrived around 3:15, after I had left the location. They kept calling to bring the food as late as 5 pm. Despite their ineptitude, they refused to take responsibility. Done with such incompetent service.

They allow their riders to tamper with food, this service is not safe for food orders, customers beware !!! Edited: Well I already sent a complaint to that email and they claim there is a new policy that allows that. seems your team isn't on the same page in that regard

Communication between dispatchers and clients and vendors has to be improved. orders always arrive so late. you won't even find the riders number to even call him unless he calls you. And also work on your mapping system. you have to be able to track your order at least while the dispatch is headed your way for further assistance. and overall, some vendors have the poorest packaging!!! has to improve!!!
