I was a huge fan of this App until the day it billed me for a trip that didn't happen. It took a few days of arguing for the error to be rectified. Now I have $25 in my wallet that I am failing to transact with. After today's experience allow me to downgrade my rating. This app is actually USELESS. I regret topping my wallet with $25. Uninstalling this one.

Drivet arrived on time but I ended up paying more than I was shown when I had booked the ride. Please just show the actual amount. It's annoying to have to pay more than I would have budgeted for. Would give half a star or no star at all if there was such an option. Utterly disappointed 😞

The payment options aren't actually available when you need them and when I tried to load units, it glitched and timed out. You can't have an app in Zim that doesn't take local cards and if you're going to create your own systems, make sure the way to successfully use them is written down and accessible to users. It stopped working when I needed it the most but it hasn't been all bad. The drivers are good and punctual.
