Bit of a disaster. Tried to do what FBC wanted. >install the new update. Didn't work. Message "already installed". Okay so it's not an update. It is a new replacement app!!! Uninstalled the existing app,restart mobile. Try to install ftom Google apps. Tap "install", msg "installed". Restart mobile and looked for the new "updated" app - nowhere to be found!!! Seems FBC don't have an updated app that works!!??!! Google shows that this app is installed on my mobile AFTER it has been uninstalled ??!!! Same goes for other apps that have been uninstalled. Can't find any way of fixing, seems like Play store doesn't work anymore!!!

Thanks to the gentleman I called a couple of minutes ago to assist me with the log in issues I have been having with this app. How to overcome the error notification. Go to Phone Settings>> Apps>>FBC Mobile Bank>>Storage>>Clear data....then reopen the app, it will start afresh, welcome to FBC>>start banking>> enter phone number>>verification- it will send a notification message, then automatically verify >> enter pin and you're good to go 😊

Everything is good. I've been able to buy Zesa, airtime, and pay my utility bill without a hitch. Transfers just work as well. I was going to give 5 stars but i had to knock a star off for that cash grabby move where it just doesnt show me my account balance the moment i am logged in and it expects me to lose a dollar with every check. I would expect such behavior only from the likes of First Capital Bank.
