Uninstalling this apps cause I'm very dissapointed they don't have automatically refund system. I have to email their CS in order to get my money back when my item not available in the store. My first refund was fine. They give me back my money on the item they didn't send. Saddly for my second purchase, I haven't receive my refund untill now.

A total disaster with my first time using the apps. Perhaps it will take another year before this apps is functioning properly. Too bad that due to lacking of application testing, user like me have to experience a very poor online booking system, from stock not updated properly, till cancellation that have to wait for several working days to get refund (due to no stock in store).

Poor app for online stores. Cannot search by brand especially barcode. It took a long time with this and whatsapp 'chat n shop'. So many brands example tissue, sausage, rice, etc. Does not make it easy, effective and efficient for shopping. In other app online stores it's not bad like klikindomaret or alfacart. Please upgrade your app than use whatsapp 'chat n shop'. Thanks
