As a supplier for Pratt & Whitney/RTX, I must use this horrible app to login. Out of all verification apps I must use for work, this one is the worst. Since download,y phone constantly freezes, app does not work with computer part of verification when it comes to timing, by the time it starts thinking, your computer session times out. This app needs lots of help. Unfortunately, I have no choice and work on patience and anger management few times a day. Please fix this whole app quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like your phone technically meets our app’s minimum requirements, but with 2 GB of RAM, performance may not be optimal. We recommend using a device with at least 3 GB of RAM for a smoother experience.

The 3 digit code disappears too quickly. After I do the biometric verification, the three digit code is only visible for about half a second before it disappears. Please let it hang around longer so people don't have to retry numerous times if they don't catch the code quick enough.
