I am unable to transfer money. I can't put in the decimal point between dollar amount and cents. I assume this is the updated app. The rep at the credit union asked me to go to the app store. The app says installed with information about the new update. I opened it. The version is 4.0.3.3.33. Customers can not deposit to the A T M machines anymore. This entire process has been a pain when trying to do simple banking. I have been a member for over 35 years.

I need this app specifically to deposit checks. Every time I do it, it's like threading a tiny needle - - “move closer", I do, “use a dark, non-reflective background", I do. Then I try focusing and capturing it manually. The images are in focus, but for a business check that's wider than a personal check size, it normalizes the aspect ratio, then the image gets rejected by inspection at the bank. I'm using a new $1400 Galaxy S25 Ultra with a clean lens. Ally Bank works 1st time, every time

Downgraded from 2 to 1. As many others below have said, the check deposit doesn't work. It worked for me 95% of the time for a couple of years, but last few months and after this update, it never works. Doesn't matter what the background is or how much light. IT DOESN'T WORK. 2 months later, more complaints and it still doesn't work. 2 more months and no fix. CU please don't call me. It doesn't work. Fix it. Another month. Still broke. If anyone interested, the one by Paypal works great. Captures fast and sure every time. Paypal just updated their app and now it is even better. Another month, and they updated the app. But still didn't fix the e-deposit. Changed one button, but end result, error message just like all the other complaints. 9 months later - still broken. Two more months and a new phone, still can't deposit checks.
