I tried really hard to give time to write a positive review but I just can't. This app constantly freezes. The AI feature to recognize when the baby wakes for notificatiy is only triggered when I remove my infant from the bassinet. Today for the umpteenth time, my son has tear stains on his cheeks because he was crying for far too long as the app rendered him sleeping. I wish we didn't ask our family to purchase this monitor and app for us. Don't buy. Return immediately and don't use this app.

App rarely works on my phone (andriod) and on my wife's doesnt work 99% of the time (iphone). We had it for 2 months now and still the same and 0 updates. I rarely leave a bad review but this one just deserves the bad review.

Great company. Had a problem with the first one, and they sent a brand new one in like 3 days without any hassle.
