Pathetic user experience. An order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 days has not been delivered in almost a month. Moreover, they have the worst customer care service. Even after submitting complaint tickets, they won't lift a finger to look after your queries. I suggest uninstalling this app, as it's an extra burden on your smartphone.

I wish there was an option of 0 stars, i would give telemart that. When you book something, they ask you to pay in advance, after that they start their quest for your product(they dont have it available in their inventory) and after wait of excruciating 3 to 4 weeks, they will deliver your product. Plus they dont pick up phone.

I would recommend not to purchase from telemart . I placed order on 25th august and its been more than a month and my order is still under process . Whenever I report to them , they give me lame excuses which has no sense at all . I have used many platforms but with telemart I had a worst experience . Stay away from this shopping app.
