The app is great! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that when I set up the date for my bill to be paid (before or on the due date), sometimes something goes wrong and I get overdue notifications. Then, I go into the app, and my payment shows as pending, even though I set it for an earlier date. Update: As soon as the customer experience consultants saw my review and were aware of my issue, they immediately started looking into it and took steps to correct it. Well done!

Great app so far. Ability to manage your account, see and pay your bill, and view outage info. Wish you could directly report an outage through the app and get outage notifications for multiple locations. Data is a little slow to load sometimes but not horrible. UI is intuitive but wish it had a dark mode. The developers seem responsive and actually care about the quality of the app. Overall, no reason for people to NOT use the app.

Was getting an error message after installing app on a new phone. Reported the problem here and received a timely response within 24 hours. The problem was fixed within a few hours of the response. Outstanding customer service! Problems do happen, so it's really about how quickly they are acknowledged and fixed. The app developers at Idaho Power get a well deserved 5 stars in that regard.
