2019: Was great. Update forced reregistration, which was frustrating. Now keeps losing my details and can't complete registration. App has been rendered useless. PS Vanquis, please do not tell me I can use the website. If I wanted to go to all that hassle I wouldn't have the app, would I? Also you are not doing your best to resolve this quickly as you have said to other users. 2025: you have done it again. Unregistered me with no warning.

I am unable to use this app. It allows me to activate the card & go through all the security checks. When I successfully login via my fingerprint it just sits there on the Easy Access Digital Statements & there is no option to select, nor does it allow me to scroll left, right, up or down, etc. I have no issues with any of my other cards & their respective applications. Very poor show, 1 star is too good for this.

Cant open app to make a payment ir anything. Pop up asking for permission to manage calls (why? Totally unnecessary permission) but pressing, allow or deny or continue does absolutely nothing and app even after yet again updating is inaccessible. edit. still keeps asking for phone permissions even though enabled. also, pay by transfer, quick and easy, yeah, it aint. Just took 30mins to transfer, used 2 different banks but both the same, common denominator...vanquis. awful app
