2019: Was great. Update forced reregistration, which was frustrating. Now keeps losing my details and can't complete registration. App has been rendered useless. PS Vanquis, please do not tell me I can use the website. If I wanted to go to all that hassle I wouldn't have the app, would I? Also you are not doing your best to resolve this quickly as you have said to other users. 2025: you have done it again. Unregistered me with no warning.

I am unable to use this app. It allows me to activate the card & go through all the security checks. When I successfully login via my fingerprint it just sits there on the Easy Access Digital Statements & there is no option to select, nor does it allow me to scroll left, right, up or down, etc. I have no issues with any of my other cards & their respective applications. Very poor show, 1 star is too good for this.

not been able to use the app for a very long time. after various updates installed, I open the app and the first thing that pops up is the app permissions box.. This is what I can't get past. it doesn't matter where I press, it won't acknowledge that I have pressed allow, so I cant access the app. it has been like this for so long that it has happened on my last few devices.. frustrated.
