Logging in is very buggy. Sometimes I start the app and it says I've been signed out. Today, it removed my fingerprint. For some reason you can't save passwords using Google so it was annoying to have to find it and manually type it in. Old: Really wish you could set up AutoPay for USE credit cards. Seems to have everything else I need!

2022 update: I've noticed this app is by far the highest user of battery on my phone, even when I haven't opened it in days and have set it to restricted battery mode in the OS. Even then it uses more than twice the battery that any other app on my phone does. Uninstalled for this reason. Old update: It does almost everything the bank's webapp does, but the UI and layout are actually better on the app. Occasionally I'll notice it's a tiny bit slow, but overall I've had no problems!

I've been utilizing this app since 2013 aaaaand I wish all of my apps were as simple, clean, functional, and easy to navigate as USE Credit Union's app. My life would be a lot simpler and I'd have more time on my hands. The fingerprint scanner log in is the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, devs. Don't "fix" something that isn't broken. Cheers. 👍
