Biggest use for any mobile bank app for me is mobile deposit. This app sucks at that. 99% of the time it rejects it saying there is no endorsement. Everytime the check is endorsed. I then just turn around and deposit the check in my other bank whose app never had issues with mobile deposit. I live in a rural area, and this issue is frustrating enough that I'm considering changing banks. Most of my clients pay by check, it would be nice if I could easily put those checks into that account

The mobile deposit is very slow and makes you double check your check picture every time even though it's fine 99.99% of the time. I use a couple of other mobile banking apps and feel this one is definitely clunker. Hoping it will be upgraded soon!

The app is easy to use and gives easy accessibility to a quick snapshot of account balances. The ability to transfer between accounts is seamless. It would be lovely if transfer from accounts at other financial institutions would be possible... Maybe someday?
