Started out great! Love the app. But then, no one to get a hold of. Ever! And then lately updates suck! Harder to find what I'm looking for. Especially in setting up a new client. Used to b able to do everything on one page. Now it's split all over, and can't finish putting info. Especially notes and wether u want to require them to put a card on file or not.

Logging into the app is problematic. The fingerprint recognition has a high fail rate, though I can successfully use fingerprint recognition in my other apps immediately before & after. The app also does not accept login in with my password reliably. It can take me several frustrating minutes to GET INTO the app. Once I gain access, the app works well.

It's pretty bad, something is always broken. Many times it won't let me log in, even when I know my user and pass as well as have a fingerprint setup and sometimes things in the app just don't work either. It's easy to use and it's great when it works but a pain when things don't work for hours, days or weeks at a time it's frustrating.
