It's pretty easy and straightforward. Had some issues with login initially, but it seems to have been worked out. It's very easy to navigate and the people are great with support. Th only thing that is a little frustrating at the moment is trying to link this account to an outside account. Even with that annoyance, I love this bank :)

Upgrades to the have been exceptional. Are utilized the live chat the other day and it was great. Overall experience has been great, that being said, the live chat scroll bar on my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is miniscule. The scroll bar is maybe a quarter of an inch long and the bar itself when trying to scroll is maybe a millimeter in thickness. It makes it hard for someone with large fingers to navigate. Please address this issue.

The login screen takes forever to load. I can get on a new computer and login faster with my username/password and verification code than I can using my fingerprint login on the app, which is counterintuitive. Once I eventually get logged in, everything else works fine. But 2+ minutes of load time on the login screen is just bad.
