A Google user
While i have always enjoye the benefits of being a member of the southern credit union, the app has been anything but user friendly. I no longer live near a branch, therefore the mobile deposit and other similar services are my main form of banking. These services have been anything but user feiendly. From having deposits denied because it did not indicate their required statement on back (now the app tells you before you deposit) to denying imagining for lack of light. Please streamline!

A Google user
changing information on payees is very difficult. And it is confusing. please look into updating this area. Also I use to be able to look at a years payment history for each payee. This was helpful when checking my payments against payees account.
