It is usually good, I have had more use of it in the past 3-4 months. It is frustrating when it is down and calling often has very long wait times. So, it is faster and more convenient than going through drive thru or going inside but it doesn't have the personal touch that face to face transactions do. Update, app is being unreliable and buggy...login and it cannot make a transfer, have to end session and start new session to get it to work...

Seems to be a very smooth operating app, with everything layed out cleanly making it easy to find what one is looking for. Seems like the developers paid attention to details. Bill pay functionality is limited as one cannot see everything one would see through a desktop browser.

Convenient, but has a couple of frustrating bugs. Often when I deposit a check via the app, it fails to properly take an image of the rear. Usually it is skewed, but sometimes it refuses entirely to recognize that the image is perfectly usable. (Update 5/8/20) The current version will log me out when trying to deposit a check, for lack of activity.
