Ratings and reviews

Poor Support.Expected a smooth and timely experience, but it turned out to be very stressful. The delivery was significantly delayed, and I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to get a response. Their customer support via chat and phone was completely unhelpful.. After repeated emails, I finally received the parcels, but the process was difficult. For a gifting platform, reliability and communication are essential — unfortunately, IGP really failed in that regard.Not recommended.

"Very disappointing experience! This has happened twice—products were not delivered, yet marked as delivered. No one responds to refund requests, and the special occasions passed without the gifts. On top of that, they shared fake and irrelevant delivery photos. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service."

I had ordered a cake from the website as it was urgent I went to check the order status it was confirmed but yet to dispatch I called the customer service to get to know my delivery status k how much time it will take to deliver the customer service is a disaster on another level I send email twice & called multiple times just to get to know the time of the delivery it's been an hour I'm doing the same & as they have not given the option of cancellation I'll have to keep it wasted money too!!!
