I like using gameflip to purchase items. But for the past few months I can not log in using my phone or my phone web. But was successful on a computer. I have contacted customer service about this issue. But they were not able to resolve it. It's much more convenient to use the app on my phone when it did work.

The crashes are getting to the point where you can't explore the app for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time before crashing. Sometimes the app will crash 2 to 3 times simultaneously. I send feedback reports every time in hope that it will improve. I hope you guys can correct this. I do enjoy the app when it does work.

I use GameFlip via my laptop a lot and love it. This app, however, I am not very keen about. The search/filtering system is extremely basic and doesn't help me at all when trying to search for items. The navigation is clunky, and not extremely user-friendly. Do yourself a favor and just use the computer for this service, it's a heck of a lot easier and faster.
