I have many questions about the product, just no where to address them. Camera quality seems really nice. Crisp and clear. We were missing a few parts and had to resort to diy fixes. With the lack of customer service, currently, the review stands at three. Perhaps if I am able to find reliable customer service, I will reevaluate the product.

This app is nearly impossible to add a family member. Invitation codes are deemed incorrect when they clearly are not. It refuses to connect to the wifi. Prompts me to change my router settings and prompts to power on the device when it is already on and recording. Update: Since yesterday when I wrote this review, Birdty no longer recognizes my wifi or device and I now need to do a complete reinstall. I'm ready to throw the whole thing in the garbage. If only I could give it zero stars!

9/16/25: The latest update erased all my past videos I had saved to my album. A whole summer's worth of hummingbirds feeding were totally wiped out! Also, despite having an SD card, now I can't go backwards in the calendar without being expected to pay for a cloud service. The app is even more clunky than before. The software was clearly written by someone who has failed in UI design.
