You can now access your IMG insurance and assistance plans from anywhere in the world, without having to find a computer. From the app you can manage your account and username, reset your password, or change your email and other personal information on your MyIMG profile. Review payments and change payment methods at any time. If you need to review your plan documents or share them, you can view and download them on the go, with the ability to email them directly from the app. Some users will have access to travel intelligence to keep you safe while traveling the world. If you’re abroad and need to find a provider, search our database of qualified physicians and facilities across the globe with the click of a button. With the app, you can also access a list of frequently asked questions about IMG plans and policies and find the contact information you need.

They wouldn't cover a heart attack if you couldn't prove your arteries didn't have any plaque build-up prior to purchasing coverage. They are great until you need them. The high ratings are only from people that haven't had to file a claim.

Complete fraud service. I have been paying money for 18 months now. The first time I tried to use the insurance, they came up with innovative ways to deny me coverage. If I am already covered until December 12, and the payment for extension of expiration failed due to website issues, how come I don't have active coverage before December 12th? If I can't use it when I need it, why am I paying every month for this scam? Completely outrageous and unacceptable. Customer care can't address the issue.
