Access Impulse Online wherever you are and train anytime, anywhere. Impulse Online not only gives you access to hundreds of training sessions, but also access to tailored training programs for various activities and challenges with other app users to name a few.
We know that it is not always suitable to physically show up at a training center for various reasons. In the last year, it has even at times not been possible due to closed centres. From now on, this is not an excuse to not complete your training and put your health on hold.

- For those who already have PT, there is now a brand new digital platform where you and your trainer can share information, training programs and nutrition. You get access to video chat so that your trainer can demonstrate exercises and you can film yourself and get feedback on technique.
- Plan your training weeks through the Impulse Online calendar and let the app motivate you to complete the sessions via push notifications and personal messages.
During 2024, we will make even more features available in Impulse Online that will lift your membership to new heights! It's just to be happy!
