I'm outside Bahrain now and I can't open my account on Zain app i tried to enter by (i forget my password) but it keeps telling me that there's no connection..how can fix that,if not how can i contact with the help service

Very bad experience This app only for paying there bills . I tried to checkout a device. App page is stuck in same page . Agents also have no solution , they are getting payed without doing any work . They will waste our time by saying do that do this .At last they will say you are not eligible but app says you are eligible. Before question them they close the chat . Sales team agents very poor performance. Zain please make sure your Employer's are working well also .Please improve your app.

The customer care team are cooperative and absolutely friendly. however, Zain Bahrain website and the mobile application should be updated to enhance the web interface and overcome the bugs on the application.
