I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at [abhyudaya bank]. Despite being a prominent bank, the experience has been subpar. Net banking issues and inefficient customer support have made managing my savings account frustrating.

Pls change your 3 attempts only thing. i once forgot which pin i had and it blocked me from opening the app for 24 hours. it was an emergency situation. you should understand the line between security and total bs

The updated version is super pathetic. Everytime I open it to check my balance or make any transfers it says there's a connectivity issue. I have I keep trying to get through it at least 10 times before I can operate it. Previous version was much easier and faster to use. And this security feature that doesn't allow screen shots was not required at all. Sometimes we need to share screeshots to confirm transactions. It also works as proof of payments. Give us an user friendly app.
