Just got software update on my Android. App no longer works. It's been nearly a month since my original posting and the app still doesn't work for me or for a lot of android users. I was told it's a known issue and is being worked. I see no sense of urgency here for getting this up and running. How many users do they have to lose before this becomes important?

The event I am working at need a picture uploaded, the app does not work to either taking a picture or selecting one from an album. Tried to email the info email adreess for the app developer bit it bounced back undelivered so no support either.

Since recent update, app no longer opens. Only shows very small volunteer icon on screen. Samsung galaxy A02s. Having deleted the app and reinstall it we still have the same issue
