I've been ordering medicine in TrueMeds for about a year. It's great ! But after the recent update with the redesigned UI, I've been experiencing a heating issue whenever I use the TrueMeds app. This problem wasn't present in older versions; my phone never got this hot, even when playing games. I've checked all other apps periodically, and the TrueMeds app is the only one causing my device to overheat. Something in the latest update might be causing this issue, as it's completely unusual.

The app experience, products, delivery, staff all are good. The main highlight is app also suggests substitute for for some pricey medicines which I like the most, sometimes it's hard to find one but once you find it's easy. I think delivery charges should be less for daily customers like me

Decent prices, bad service. The prices in this app is pretty decent as compared to other apps, having said that the service is pretty bad, the deliverys are always delayed. Once after a days delay, the delivery guy delivered the product at midnight. They also try to sell alternative meds even though we say no. DON'T USE THIS APP EXPECTING TIMELY DELIVERY. GIVING TWO STARS JUST FOR THE PRODUCT PRICING.
