Dear Support Team, I'm experiencing technical issues with the application. The problems include: 1. The app doesn't open properly, showing a "network error" message. 2. When it does open, I encounter a white screen when trying to access "My Courses." 3. Live sessions cannot be viewed, and the app crashes frequently. I would appreciate it if you could resolve these issues as soon as possible. The website is not as effective as the app.

I have purchased a course from Intellipaat. I'm unable to access the course on my mobile phone. The screen goes blank and white, and sometimes I get a message that says 'app isn't responding.' I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but the issue persists. ​How long will this issue continue? I need to be able to access the course on my phone when I can't use my laptop, but the app isn't working.
