“I placed the order and completed the payment, but I still haven’t received any updates. Customer service has not responded to my email either. I do not recommend this application to anyone. It has many bugs and appears to be unreliable. I made the payment, but I have not received the product yet.”

what is the use of this app if it doesn't allow you to book tickets?...it proceeds and for some reason it comes back...very disappointed...not even worth one star... atleast the website was somewhat functional and showing available tickets while booking, but the app is just showing blank white screen even... uninstalling after this review

From what I’ve seen, one of the worst apps is the official RCB app. Every time I open it, it asks me to sign in, and every single time it asks for an OTP. They don’t even announce the correct ticket booking time. One of the worst sites.
