Like most Nigerian businesses, BuyPower prioritizes quantity over quality. They chose getting more customers over serving their customers efficiently. How is it that for two days straight after paying to credit my wallet, it still hasn't been credited even though my bank accounts were debited? I keep getting "all our agents are currently busy" regardless of the time of day or the medium I try to reach them. I can't get one agent to look into issue and solve it. Who are they busy serving?

Tried to pay for my DSTV bouquet today using this app. I clicked on the selection I wanted, got a notification that it was successful, only for the whole thing to change immediately to a failed transaction. Notified the app team and was told that selection is not available. So why was it listed? And now I am being told it would take 3-5 days for a refund. This is unacceptable. Why does it take so long for a refund? And why is there no notification about such issues?

Up until this evening, everything was going well. I paid with my card (#10,000), and although my card was debited, no token was exchanged. I tried calling the number on the app, but it didn't connect. I'm hoping someone will respond to my email.
