After experiencing some difficulty with using the Karri app I contacted the Karri helpline number and, a Lady by the name of Erica picked up the phone. The lady (Erica) was helpful, attentive ,efficient and polite at the same time. She made it easy for me to utilize the Karri app and she was able to take me through the app in terms of updating my password and to get it up and running. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I had an issue with my Karri app, logged a complaint, after a few minutes recieved a call from one of their agents, Jody. we rectified the issue immediately on the call, he called back after a few minutes to ensure that the problem is sorted. thank you Jody for a great service!

The app is convenient but some issues. 1) Schools don't seem to be able to track payments easily and then require proof of payment 2) When requesting a proof of payment it comes in the body of an email and not as an easily printable format like a PDF 3) Authentication issues when paying for multiple collections for multiple children.
