About this app

Oplogic enables auto dealerships, that utilize the Oplogic CRM, to view and interact with customers while not at their desk. Salespeople can view new leads and track sales. The core functionality includes customer driver license scanning and entry into the Wilson CRM using the device's camera. These photos are never stored locally on the device outside of momentary caching. They are not accessible from the camera roll.

The email function on the mobile application simply doesn't work or respond to the touch on the screen, and there is no reply option. Not to mention the flaws with texting, etc. Quite disappointed overall, given that this is supposed to be a convenient tool for the day to day and make the job easier. In my experience, it has only done the opposite. Yes, I have updated recently, and within the last 3 years of ATTEMPTING to use this app, I've found it to be nothing but useless

App constantly crashes. We are expected to be able to work from here, but nothing loads, or it runs very slow. Really needs improvement. Keep trying.

The app is not showing appointments, and it takes too long to load.
