About this app

ipnordic Mobile Communicator is a powerful addition to our PC-application: Communicator.

It includes all the great functions that you know from the PC-version – and now, you have the possibility of accessing them all from your mobile.

Mobile Communicator provides you with the opportunity to interact with your customers and colleagues – no matter where you are.

Among the many features included in the app, are:
- See, call and chat with your colleagues
- Choose your favorites, so as to easily get in contact with them
- See your colleagues’ work calendar and work appointments
- Forward or transfer calls
- Change your status (DND, available etc.)
- Manage and monitor your company’s phone queues
- Listen, share or delete your voicemail messages
- Easy adding and removing of agents to queues
- Choose what number you want to be presented when you call out from company phones
- Sending group SMS
