Ratings and reviews

The app works with pretty well with my BFour BT, 6 probe temperature monitoring system. It has properly sent my temp presets to the base unit and the unit alerts as expected. However, the app on my Pixel 6a has several problems. I can't take my phone out of BT range without losing temp history on the graphs, which is one of the big reasons I use this. Same thing happens if I do a few other things on my phone. The graph portion needs a LOT of work (better range to see more details and trends!)

Really weird app/gadget. It seems to work fine on its own display but, on your phone, you can monitor it if you have the app open. The alarm will only sound on the physically connected device. It won't ring an alarm on my actual phone which is kind of the point isn't it? I want to walk away and get things done in another room then hear an alarm in that room. You can only hear the alarm on the device itself. Am I doing something wrong? I don't know because there's no real instructions.

Nice app. Easy to use. I like having the ability to create my own presets. I agree with others that there is no reason for location privileges. Another problem is the alarm only works with the screen active in Android and there is no setting to override screen timeouts. Also can't look at the phone to see the temperature if the screen has timed out. I did a "workaround" by installing another app called "Screen On" which sllows me to "whitelist" apps that I want to keep the screen active for.
