I have used aquantuo for over a year and in all of my shipping experience, Aquantuo has been the WORST Delayed packages, poor customer service and definitely do no stick to what they say. I've been sent wrong invoices for the same package from three different people in the same team and still waiting for a package that I ordered 4 MONTHS AGO. "They are in customs, we'll let you know once they are ready" "we are sorry for your experience " has been the same thing since September. So Frustrating

The app is decent. Your able to track your package with the app. It has an interactive I design which is easy to use. Aquantuo team mostly communicate via email which is a binus The only downside your unable to edit the details of your package with additional info on the app.

Aquantuo as a company was highly reliable, and most efficient, this was before, just like how every company and entrepreneur aim to grow or expand over time by applying efficient methods and strategies to help boost their services, Aquantuo is rather withdrawing from the good notes, I have used Aquantuo over a year, believe me when I tell you they are not doing good. I have used all of their warehouses AQ US Before : 100% Reliable and delivery on time AQ US Now: 70% Reliable, slow delivery
