I use this app for over 3 years, but it doesn't open anymore. it hasn't been opening for 10 days now. I need this app working out for me, all of my balance data are there, besides it is not possible to transfer money or purchase anything. for some reason I have been banned to using my bank account. I'm disappointed, pissed, and bored.

nightmare. takes your account away if you dont use it monthly. it's like an unpaid job.

It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.
