The app is slow, they use this for vaccine re-registration, but when there are difficulties the team doesn't seem to want to help with the error. I was disregarded and treated indifferently with no respect. Im adding more things to complaint. They changed the payment system for monthly parking payment. But no options other than through their bank which is Sinarmas Bank was available. Now after lots of complaints they provided qris. The app glitch and crash for the qris options

Apps very helpful because I can search shop in ITC shopping center. I also can redeem after shopping very easily by myself online. I can see promotion and event that on going.

Provide other paymet for parking or other billing, put back offline parking payment like before...the app not useable..
