The CCU has been great, but the app is still lacking. I need to transfer a specific amount from my savings to checking to pay my bills and it only let's you use preset transfer options and if you use the scheduled option you have to enter a frequency. it's really annoying when you need your money at the ready for rent and what not.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with transfers. Our app does allow for transfers of exact amounts. If you click on the dollar amount on the transfer screen, you can type in an exact amount. If you have further questions, please contact us at (855-328-2441) so we can assist you.

Updated Review: changed to 3 stars. The issue I had with logging in was because you have to login on your computer and sign up for "text banking" in order to use the app, which is not intuitive. But now it at least works! App is still very outdated and old school, but it does what I need which is mobile check deposit. Just wish the limits we're higher. First Review: App is unusable now. When I log in, it says "no channels available". I can't see my accounts at all...let alone mobile deposit. What happened? The app has always been pretty bad but at least I could log in!

The app used to work great and was simple and easy to use, now the app is worthless. Since the feature that made the app worth having, being able to launch the app and see quick balances. Now, I have to type my password before I can see my balances. That being the case, I am unistalling the app. If I have to fully login to see my balances on the app, then it's easier to use the website and just remove the app and free up some memory in my devices. Congratulations on making a useless app.
