As an early user of the Job and Talent business app, I must say that I'm impressed with its functionality, especially for a first version. The app has made managing staff somewhat easier. I can book staff directly through the app, and receive instant confirmation on who will be attending each shift. The ability to see the available pool of staff, is also helpful with planning. Though this doesn't replace the actual recruitment team in branch it's another helpful tool to run along side.

This app helps with making sure people are accountable for attendance as well as performance. I can post reviews of each person and track how often they are late. The employee can then see that data as well on the employee app which then improves their behavior.

Fine app, really intuitive. It has help to optimize the management of my workforce greatly

What's new

We are introducing new features to improve planning experience in the app

- Tag multiple supervisors: Assign multiple supervisors, when creating, editing shifts.
- Cannot attend reasons: See justification reasons in the app, when workers reject a shift (if worker provides a reason).
- Edit shift series pattern: Edit repetition pattern for shifts series.
