Edit: as of 2/22/24 the update has significantly reduced its usability. Cant even see photos on the jobs main page. Not sure why it needed to change. Pretty Solid. It does everything I personally need it to do. Keeps track of customer details with individual per job information with an incorporated schedule. All my photos, invoices etc. All in one place. Its also the most reasonably priced CRM I could find. Within a week or so I had a solid grasp of the program. Only flaw is reliance on cloud.

App is way over done ! Very time consuming to navigate. Not user friendly. Adds alot of unnecessary time. I didn't think it was possible to make this app worse but job progress succeeded with there 3.0 version. All they did was move things around to make it even more difficult to find and operate the interface now with more bugs. Read the negative reviews. They are consistent. I wish my employer would change to a better software.

BAIT AND SWITCH. Everything they tell you in sales sounds great only they FAIL to tell you the majority of features they sell you on are 'in beta' - therefore don't work. I've lost a TON OF MONEY using this company. BEWARE. IF you do decide to move forward? Don't let them guide the 1st weeks of training because they will train on only the features that work (mostly sales). Almost everything involving construction site or 'back end' ex: pictures, gps tracking, clock in /out - IS HORRIBLE!
