I have purchased the no ads pack and still getting ads , I want a refund

the Daily challenges don't open and since they're the only part of the game worth playing, (the rest is far too easy) I'm uninstalling.

This recent update was not positive for me, I'd rather have word clues than pictures. As well, there appear to be more ads than ever. A free app with ads is understandable, but there are two to three per level. Uninstalling.
