The app says it is compatible with my new device. Unfortunately after downloading smoothly when I open the app nothing happens but a purple screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall several times and a couple of days in a row. Still nothing.Please fix it as soon as possible as this is my means of transportation in this incredible world. Then I can rate this app. The app worked great and I was amazed with the developers who created the app when it was downloaded on my old device. Thanx Β£...

This is app is terrible. I decided to buy 20 tickets since I commute by bus almost daily to get to places I NEED to be. However, I can't active the tickets. I paid 32$ for a package of 20 tickets (that will not expire until December) and can't use them without using my own money when it decides to glitch out. I have used a ticket in the rare instance it chooses to work, only to be forced to pay with my wallet to get home, lest I want to be stranded. Last week was the last straw for me.

Worked well in the past. Even w/out Wi-Fi or cell service. Haven't used since the summer was free, and now it am unable to purchase a ticket. I keep getting 'Error Processing Payment...Please check your security code, your card details, and connection and try again.' I suppose this is a way for the transit system to get that extra 25 cents that they get from so many people. Getting exact change means going somewhere else by bus. I don't have that time or money. But I have the app...ππππ
