Ratings and reviews

This has got to be the worst electronic medical record system ever created. Several unresolved issues, crashing every other day, updates that never fix the issues or make the issues worse. Please don't waste your time, effort, or money. It's nothing but one headache after the other. Also, I'm not able to log in using the app.

Can I give this app and business negative stars?? this is the WORST app for Healthcare. I had an account with a doctors office last year. A different doctor sent me a "create an account" email. The app said I already had an account. I can't log in to it or the website, and when I called customer service for help, I needed the account number because they had no record of my email. I created a NEW account yesterday and can't log in AGAIN!!!!

I can see how low this app is rated. Idk how it will be for me, but I can say I've been trying for over two hours for the related website to get past the "verify I'm human" page that will not move. Because of the website issue, I'm giving 1 star. If the app is better, I will change my rating.
