Data does not synch across accounts. Otherwise a nice app. I have premium but it's no use if users can't synch data

I am using past 1 year but now all my data got lost could not recover. it's not reliable

Just started using app and it was easy until I went back later and all my info was gone. Then I tried to share the info with other devices and it won't sync. So far it hasn't lived up to expectations. Also can't contact anyone to discuss problems. I have tried the contact us in the menu and so far, no reply.
