Had some initial problems with getting the lamp to connect. Sent out some emails and got useful responses. Great light, helpful customer service. Edit: had light for 5 years now. And I have several other tanks with different lights. Explosive growth with the kessil ap700 in comparison with other types of lights, same water parameters, same types of corals, same feeding and schedule. The ap700 runs circles around everything else.

For such a high end light this is worse than what id expect from a bottom end wifi unit. Always glitches and goes put of sync. Then you have to try about 20 times to connect again. Kessil why dont you actually put some money into this absolute trash app you have created and make it on par with the light quality. Id give it 0 stars if i could.

The app is trash... I'm wishing I didn't spend $1600 of these lights. The apps sucks and it WILL not let me connect them together. It just fails 50 times in a row when I try to add the second lamp. I made each light their own program and had to run them like that. Except for the fact their internal clock must be off an hour because I set the exact same settings to them but they change an hour apart from each other... these lights are VERY frustrating to connect to.
